FIREFLY

Hey!

So it was a more eventful week.

I wanted to share about the miracle and Purpose of Fasting. What an incredible thing it was. This weeks focus has been on finding new people to teach. and so we were doing all that we could to find new people. We had a Zone fast for new investigators. At the beginning of the week we got 4 referrals! which rarely happens. Then we still were having a hard time finding anyone. We fasted on Wednesday and that day we found a new investigator.

Still didn't have a lot of success, from talking to everyone and knocking and searching. but then Saturday came and we were stopping by potentials and we found one more person. Really great guy! then on Sunday we had a miracle! we were able to receive a referral and went and stopped by this part member family. We went there and they said all their teenage daughters wanted to be specifically taught by the Sister missionaries! they were so great! they want to be baptized so we are hoping to start teaching them here in a few weeks. What a miracle we ended up with a total of 6 new. doubling the standard of excellence! it was really such a blessing. Fasting works!

There was a huge concert in Dover and so the roads were crazy and the concert was called Firefly!! like 90,000 people were there and like 50 bands came. Anyways the lead singer of Imagine Dragons made his way to church yesterday between concerts! What the? Right? Ee wouldn't take any pictures though: ( the others sisters got some with him. but sweet!!

also last night there were Fireflies everywhere so we caught some! It was way cool!

Other than a lot of finding we have been able to visit with a lot of Less active members but we do have a really busy and full week next week and we are hoping to see a lot of people before the Fourth of July!!

Things are amazing here!!  I know the power of fasting is real. I know that our heavenly father hears and listens and he will guide us to where we need to be. I know this Church is true.

Love,
